I remember when this happened; in fact, this is what spurred me to run the
1997 Dumb Deaths task.  In the 1995 task, Porter was the runner-up.  The
winner was Gunbuster who shat himself to death on the toilet in the Prison
Complex.

OK, I know the task is no longer active, but this was funny... I was an
alchemist, back when there was such a thing, and I was trapped with VERY low
hp in the middle of a river. I was a hobbit at the time, and I was starving,
so I was not regenning hp.  I dared not move, for fear of drowning, and I
couldn't get a summon. I DID however, have a jar of herbs with me.  Having
nothing else to do to get out, I thought I would try to make a potion...I used
"find minerals" to get a good stack of rocks, and killed the "trout" that was
in the same square as me.  When I went to dissect the trout to get an organ,
hopefully one that would allow me to make either a teleport without error
potion, or some sort of healing, I fumbled the dissect. Your scalpel slips and
you cut your finger.  You die.  R.I.P.
