NOTE
Ok this is not a new rule, but I think most of us have missed it. NEW rerolls are supposed to
cost DOUBLE the price. We gotta think about what to do for the teams that have bought
those cheap rerolls. I would like to propose that  we can buy up to three rerolls for normal price.
I for sure had bought more rerolls to begin with if I knew this.
NOTE

The handicap table isnt used in the java bloodbowl version, but there's an older version
of the handicap system that we can use.  This give the worse team two player of the match
instead of just one. Be sure to remove the 'No bonus MVPs' option in the options menu
before you start the game.

The Semi-final will be played like this: 1 - 4 and 2 -3 according to the score table.
More information on how the semi-finals will be posted later.

Tell Malitrius if your player should be on any top three list or should be placed on the graveyard.
The rule is that if you have a greater score then any player on the list you get on the list, if you
are equal then the player first on the list stays.
